Antah Wellbeing provides the following services (“Services”):
2.1 Wellbeing Assessments
- Antah Energy-Cognition Index™ (AECI) – A 51-question psychometric assessment measuring professional wellbeing across 10 pillars
- Other specialized assessments for working professionals
- Free basic reports and paid comprehensive reports
2.2 Digital Reports and Content
- Free assessment reports (basic insights, scores, general recommendations)
- Comprehensive paid reports (detailed analysis, protocols, action plans)
- Educational content, articles, and resources
2.3 Coaching and Counseling Services
- Health coaching
- Life coaching
- Psycho-yogic counseling
- Lifestyle guidance and wellbeing consulting
- One-on-one sessions and personalized programs
2.4 Classes, Workshops, and Programs
- Online yoga classes (regular packages)
- Yoga retreats (multi-day programs)
- Online workshops and webinars
- Masterclasses and special events
- Self-paced online courses

3. Eligibility and User Responsibilities
3.1 Age Requirement
You must be 18 years or older to use our Services. By using our Services, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

4. Non-Medical, Non-Emergency Disclaimer
CRITICAL NOTICE – PLEASE READ CAREFULLY:
4.1 Educational and Coaching Purpose
Antah Wellbeing’s Services, including the AECI™ assessment and coaching programs, are designed for:
- Educational purposes
- Professional development and performance optimization
- Self-awareness and personal growth
- Coaching and lifestyle guidance
4.2 NOT Medical or Psychiatric Treatment
Our Services are NOT:
- Medical diagnosis, treatment, or care
- Psychiatric or psychological therapy
- Emergency mental health services
- A substitute for professional healthcare
- Clinical counseling or psychotherapy
4.3 NOT for Emergencies
Our Services are NOT suitable for medical or mental health emergencies.
If you are experiencing a medical or mental health emergency:
- Call your local emergency services immediately (e.g., 911, 102, or your country’s emergency number)
- Contact a qualified healthcare provider or visit the nearest emergency room
- Reach out to a crisis helpline in your area
4.4 Complementary Approach
Our coaching and wellbeing services are intended to complement, not replace, appropriate medical or mental health care. We strongly encourage you to:
- Maintain regular check-ups with qualified healthcare professionals
- Seek professional medical advice for health concerns
- Inform your healthcare providers about any wellbeing programs you’re participating in
4.5 When to Seek Professional Healthcare
You should consult a qualified healthcare professional if you experience:
- Severe, worsening, or persistent symptoms affecting daily function
- Unexplained physical pain or changes
- Significant sleep disturbances or appetite changes
- Mood changes affecting work or relationships
- Thoughts of self-harm or harm to others
- Any symptoms requiring medical attention
5. Payment, Pricing, and Fees
5.1 Pricing
- All prices are listed on our website in multiple currencies (NPR, INR, USD)
- Prices are subject to change without notice
- Price changes will not affect purchases already completed
5.2 Accepted Payment Methods
We accept:
- Mobile banking
- Internet banking
- Digital wallets
- VISA and MasterCard
- Other payment methods as displayed at checkout
5.3 Currency and Conversion
- Prices are displayed in NPR (Nepalese Rupees), INR (Indian Rupees), and USD (US Dollars)
- Actual charges may vary slightly due to currency conversion rates applied by your bank or payment provider
- You are responsible for any currency conversion fees
5.4 Taxes and Additional Charges
- Prices may not include applicable taxes, which will be added at checkout
- You are responsible for any bank fees, transaction fees, or gateway charges imposed by your financial institution
- International users are responsible for complying with tax obligations in their jurisdiction
5.5 Payment Processing
- All payments are processed securely through third-party payment gateways
- We do not directly store your complete credit card or bank account information
- By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees
5.6 Order Confirmation
- You will receive an email confirmation upon successful payment
- Access to digital products (reports, courses) is granted within 24-48 hours unless otherwise stated
- For services requiring scheduling (coaching, classes), you will receive separate instructions
6. Digital Products and Access
6.1 Assessment Reports
- Free reports are provided immediately upon assessment completion
- Comprehensive paid reports are delivered within 24-48 hours of purchase and assessment completion
- Once accessed or delivered, reports are non-refundable (see Section 8 for exceptions)
6.2 Digital Content License
When you purchase digital content (reports, courses, materials), you receive:
- A personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the content
- The right to access and download content for your personal use only
- NO rights to reproduce, distribute, resell, or commercially exploit the content
6.3 Technical Access
- You are responsible for maintaining compatible devices and internet access
- We strive to ensure platform availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access
- Technical issues should be reported within 7 days (see Section 8.4)
7. Intellectual Property Rights
7.1 Our Intellectual Property
We are the owner or licensee of all intellectual property rights in our Services, including:
- The Antah Energy-Cognition Index™ (AECI) trademark and assessment
- Website design, software, and functionality
- Assessment algorithms, scoring methods, and interpretation models
- All content, text, graphics, images, videos, and materials
- Logos, trademarks, and brand assets
- Pillar frameworks, protocols, and methodologies
Our Content and intellectual property are protected by:
- Copyright laws
- Trademark laws
- Trade secret protections
- International treaties and conventions
7.2 Restrictions on Use
You may NOT:
- Copy, reproduce, or duplicate any part of our Services or Content for commercial purposes
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of our assessment algorithms
- Redistribute, resell, or sublicense our digital products or content
- Remove copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices from any materials
- Create derivative works based on our proprietary methods without permission
- Use our Content to train AI models or create competing services
- Frame or mirror any portion of the Services on another website
7.3 Permitted Personal Use
You may:
- Access and use purchased content for your personal, non-commercial use
- Download your own assessment reports and materials for personal reference
- Share general insights with your healthcare team (without reproducing copyrighted materials)
7.4 User-Generated Content
Any content you submit to us (feedback, testimonials, questions):
- May be used by us for service improvement and marketing purposes
- Must not infringe on others’ intellectual property rights
- Remains your property, but you grant us a license to use it
8. Cancellation, Refunds, and Rescheduling
Please refer to our separate Cancellation and Refund Policy for complete details.
8.1 General Principles
- Different services have different cancellation and refund policies
- Policies vary based on service type (retreats, classes, coaching, digital products)
- All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to services@antahwellbeing.com
8.2 Summary of Key Policies
Online Yoga Retreats:
- 14+ days before event: 100% refund (minus bank charges)
- 8-13 days before event: 50% refund (minus bank charges)
- Within 7 days of event: Non-refundable
Regular Yoga Classes:
- Non-refundable after registration
- One-time transfer to another participant permitted (conditions apply)
Coaching and One-on-One Services:
- Non-refundable after registration
- Rescheduling permitted with 48 hours’ notice
Workshops, Webinars, Events:
- Non-refundable after registration
Digital Assessments and Reports:
- Generally non-refundable once accessed
- Technical issues considered on a case-by-case basis (report within 7 days)
8.3 Refund Processing
- Approved refunds processed within 14 business days
- Refunds credited to original payment method
- Bank/gateway fees are non-refundable
8.4 Technical Issues Exception
If you experience genuine technical issues preventing access to digital products:
- Contact us within 7 days at services@antahwellbeing.com
- Provide screenshots and detailed description
- We will investigate and either restore access or provide alternative solution
- Refunds for technical issues granted at our sole discretion
9. Prohibited Activities
You may not access or use the Services for any purpose other than that for which we make them available. You specifically agree NOT to:
9.1 Unauthorized Access and Use
- Systematically retrieve data to create compilations or databases
- Circumvent security features or access restrictions
- Use automated systems (bots, scrapers, scripts) to access the Services
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or networks
9.2 Misuse and Fraud
- Provide false information or impersonate others
- Create fraudulent accounts or transactions
- Use the Services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
- Engage in any fraudulent or deceptive practices
9.3 Interference and Harm
- Upload viruses, malware, or harmful code
- Interfere with or disrupt the Services or servers
- Impose unreasonable burdens on our infrastructure
- Harm, harass, or threaten our staff or other users
9.4 Intellectual Property Violations
- Copy, reproduce, or reverse engineer our proprietary systems
- Remove copyright or proprietary notices
- Use our Content for commercial purposes without permission
- Infringe on our intellectual property rights
9.5 Competitive Activities
- Use the Services to develop competing products or services
- Extract our methodologies for commercial gain
- Scrape or harvest data for competitive intelligence
9.6 Misrepresentation
- Falsely claim affiliation with Antah Wellbeing
- Misrepresent the nature of our Services (e.g., claiming they are medical treatment)
- Make unauthorized use of our brand, logos, or trademarks
Violation of these prohibitions may result in:
- Immediate termination of your account and access
- Legal action to protect our rights and interests
- Reporting to appropriate authorities
10. Limitation of Liability and No Guarantees
PLEASE READ THIS SECTION CAREFULLY – IT LIMITS OUR LIABILITY TO YOU
10.1 Service Provided “AS IS”
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
10.2 No Guaranteed Outcomes
We make NO GUARANTEES OR WARRANTIES regarding:
- Specific health, wellness, or performance outcomes
- Career advancement or professional success
- Improvement in energy, cognition, or other measured areas
- Resolution of specific symptoms or challenges
- Results from following our recommendations or protocols
Your results depend on many factors including:
- Your individual circumstances and health status
- Your commitment and consistency in implementing recommendations
- External factors beyond our control
- Genetic, environmental, and lifestyle variables
10.3 Accuracy of Information
While we strive for accuracy, we do not warrant that:
- All information is completely accurate, current, or error-free
- The Services will be uninterrupted, secure, or free from errors
- Any defects will be corrected
- The Services will meet your specific requirements
10.4 Third-Party Content and Links
We are not responsible for:
- Content, products, or services offered by third parties
- Accuracy of information from external sources or links
- Your interactions with third-party service providers
10.5 Limitation of Damages
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL ANTAH WELLBEING, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR:
- Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
- Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
- Personal injury or property damage arising from use of the Services
- Damages resulting from your reliance on information provided
- Any damages exceeding the amount you paid us in the past 12 months
Some jurisdictions do not allow exclusion of certain warranties or limitation of liability for incidental or consequential damages. In such jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
10.6 Professional Coaching Context
Our Services operate within the professional coaching and wellbeing education framework, not medical practice. Coaching involves:
- Partnership and collaboration (not diagnosis and prescription)
- Goal-setting and accountability (not treatment plans)
- Education and insight (not clinical intervention)
- Personal responsibility for implementation (not dependency on provider)
11. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Antah Wellbeing, its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, and partners from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from:
- Your use or misuse of the Services
- Your breach of these Terms
- Your violation of any third-party rights, including intellectual property rights
- Any harm caused to other users through your actions
- Your provision of false or misleading information
- Your violation of applicable laws or regulations
We reserve the right to assume exclusive defense and control of any matter subject to indemnification by you, at your expense.
12. Account Termination
12.1 Termination by You
You may terminate your account at any time by:

- Following account closure procedures in your dashboard
Termination does not entitle you to refunds for services already purchased or consumed.
12.2 Termination by Us
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services, without notice or liability, if:
- You breach these Terms
- You engage in prohibited activities
- We suspect fraudulent or illegal activity
- Required by law or regulatory authorities
- We discontinue the Services
12.3 Effects of Termination
Upon termination:
- Your right to access the Services immediately ceases
- We may delete your account data (subject to legal retention requirements)
- You remain liable for any outstanding payments
- Provisions that should survive termination (e.g., intellectual property, limitation of liability) remain in effect
12.4 Prohibition on New Accounts
If we terminate your account for cause, you may not:
- Create a new account under your name
- Create an account under a false, borrowed, or third-party name
- Circumvent the termination through any means
13. Modifications and Interruptions
13.1 Changes to Services
We reserve the right to:
- Modify, update, or discontinue any aspect of the Services
- Change pricing, features, or functionality
- Update assessment algorithms and interpretation models
- Improve or enhance user experience
We have no obligation to:
- Maintain backward compatibility
- Provide advance notice of all changes
- Update purchased historical reports with new methodologies
13.2 Service Availability
We cannot guarantee the Services will be available at all times due to:
- Scheduled maintenance and updates
- Hardware or software issues
- Internet connectivity problems
- Force majeure events (natural disasters, pandemics, etc.)
We are not liable for any loss, damage, or inconvenience caused by service interruptions.
14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
14.1 Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Nepal, without regard to conflict of law principles.
14.2 Jurisdiction
You irrevocably consent that the courts of Nepal shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any disputes arising from or related to these Terms or your use of the Services.
14.3 International Users
If you access our Services from outside Nepal:
- You are responsible for compliance with local laws in your jurisdiction
- These Terms remain governed by Nepal law
- You agree to submit to Nepal jurisdiction for disputes
15. Dispute Resolution
15.1 Informal Negotiations
Before initiating formal proceedings, both parties agree to attempt to resolve disputes through informal negotiations for at least 60 days.
To initiate informal negotiations:

- Include detailed description of the dispute
- State your desired resolution
15.2 Binding Arbitration (If Required)
If informal negotiations fail, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Supreme Court of Nepal.

- Seat of arbitration: Kathmandu, Nepal
- Language: English
- Governing law: Nepal
15.3 Exceptions to Arbitration
The following disputes are NOT subject to informal negotiations or arbitration:
- Claims to enforce or protect intellectual property rights
- Claims related to theft, piracy, or unauthorized use
- Claims for injunctive relief
15.4 Class Action Waiver
You agree that:
- Disputes will be resolved individually, not on a class-action basis
- You waive the right to participate in class action lawsuits
- There is no right to arbitrate disputes on behalf of others
16. User Data and Backups
16.1 Your Responsibility
You are solely responsible for:
- Maintaining backups of any data you create or receive
- Accuracy and completeness of data you provide
- Your assessment responses and information
16.2 Our Backups
While we perform regular backups:
- We do not guarantee data recovery in all circumstances
- We are not liable for data loss or corruption
- You waive any claims arising from data loss

17. Electronic Communications and Signatures
17.1 Consent to Electronic Communications
By using the Services, you consent to:
- Receive communications from us electronically (email, website notices)
- Electronic delivery of agreements, notices, and disclosures
- Use of electronic signatures for transactions
17.2 Legal Validity
You agree that:
- Electronic communications satisfy legal writing requirements
- Electronic signatures are legally binding
- Electronic records are valid and enforceable
You waive any rights requiring original (non-electronic) signatures or paper delivery under any applicable laws.
18. Miscellaneous Provisions
18.1 Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Cancellation & Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Antah Wellbeing regarding the Services.
18.2 Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid:
- That provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable
- All other provisions remain in full force and effect
18.3 Waiver
Our failure to enforce any right or provision does not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
18.4 Assignment
- You may not assign or transfer these Terms without our written consent
- We may assign our rights and obligations to others at any time (e.g., in case of merger or acquisition)
18.5 No Agency
No joint venture, partnership, employment, or agency relationship exists between you and us as a result of these Terms or use of the Services.
18.6 Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays or failures in performance due to causes beyond our reasonable control (natural disasters, pandemics, war, government actions, internet failures, etc.).
18.7 Interpretation
- Headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation
- “Including” means “including but not limited to”
- These Terms will not be construed against us merely because we drafted them
18.8 Survival
Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (intellectual property, limitation of liability, indemnification, governing law) will survive.
19. Updates to These Terms
19.1 Right to Modify
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time for any reason, including to:
- Reflect changes in our Services
- Comply with legal or regulatory requirements
- Improve clarity or address ambiguities
- Protect our rights and interests
