At Antah Wellbeing, we strive to provide exceptional service and clear expectations for all our offerings. This Cancellation and Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions for cancellations, refunds, transfers, and rescheduling across all our services.
This policy applies to all bookings and purchases made through:

- All payment methods: mobile banking, internet banking, digital wallets, VISA, MasterCard, and other accepted methods
Please read this policy carefully before making any purchase or booking.
General Principles
1. Confirmation of Bookings
- All bookings and purchases are considered confirmed once payment is successfully processed
- You will receive email confirmation within 24-48 hours
- By completing payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Policy
2. Currency and Payment
- Prices are displayed in multiple currencies (NPR, INR, USD)
- Actual charges may vary slightly due to real-time currency conversion rates
- All applicable taxes are included unless stated otherwise at checkout
3. Non-Refundable Fees
The following fees are always non-refundable, even when a refund is otherwise granted:
- Bank charges and transaction fees
- Payment gateway processing fees
- Currency conversion fees
- Service charges imposed by your financial institution
These fees will be deducted from any refund amount where applicable.
4. Refund Processing Time
- Approved refunds are processed within 14 business days of receiving your written request
- Refunds are credited back to your original payment method wherever technically possible
- Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account
5. Consumer Rights
Where local consumer protection laws provide additional mandatory rights (e.g., cooling-off periods, statutory refund rights), those rights apply in addition to this Policy. This Policy does not limit any rights you may have under applicable law.
Service-Specific Policies
Our cancellation and refund policies vary by service type. Please refer to the section relevant to your booking:
SECTION A: Online Yoga Retreats (Multi-Day Programs)
Applies to: Non-regular yoga retreats such as 5-day, 6-day, 7-day, or weekend retreat programs
A.1 Cancellation Request Process
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to: π§ services@antahwellbeing.com
Your email must include:
- Your full name
- Booking confirmation number or order ID
- Program name and scheduled dates
- Reason for cancellation (optional but helpful)
- Preferred refund method (if applicable)
A.2 Refund Schedule
Cancellation 14 Days or More Before Event Date:
- β 100% refund of the program fee
- β Minus any applicable bank charges, gateway fees, or transaction costs
- β±οΈ Refund processed within 14 business days
Cancellation 8-13 Days Before Event Date:
- β 50% refund of the program fee
- β Minus any applicable bank charges, gateway fees, or transaction costs
- β±οΈ Refund processed within 14 business days
- Why 50%? At this stage, we have already committed resources, confirmed instructors, and may have turned away other participants
Cancellation Within 7 Days of Event Date:
- β No refund available
- Why? Final preparations are complete, materials are prepared, and it’s too late to fill your spot
- You may inquire about credit toward a future retreat (considered case-by-case at our discretion)
A.3 Transfers to Another Person
If you cannot attend but know someone who can take your place:
- Transfers are permitted up to 7 days before the event start date
- Contact us at services@antahwellbeing.com with the new participant’s details
- The new participant must meet eligibility requirements and agree to our Terms
- No transfer fee is charged for retreats
A.4 Cancellation by Antah Wellbeing
If we must cancel or significantly change a retreat due to:
- Insufficient enrollment
- Instructor unavailability
- Force majeure events (natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions)
You will receive:
- Full 100% refund (including all fees), OR
- Credit for a future retreat of equal or greater value, OR
- Option to switch to an alternative retreat date
We will notify you as soon as possible and work with you to find the best solution.
SECTION B: Regular Yoga Classes (Ongoing Packages)
Applies to: Monthly class packages, weekly sessions, and other regular ongoing yoga classes
B.1 Non-Refundable Policy
All registrations for regular yoga classes are non-refundable once payment is completed.
Why this policy?
- Class sizes are limited and carefully managed
- Instructor schedules and platform access are pre-allocated
- You receive your joining link within 24-48 hours, providing immediate value
- This policy enables us to maintain affordable pricing for all participants
B.2 No Make-Up Classes for Missed Sessions
If you miss classes from your package:
- β Missed sessions cannot be added back to your package
- β Missed classes do not extend your package duration
- β No refunds or credits are provided for classes you choose not to attend
Tip: We recommend choosing packages that fit your realistic schedule and availability.
B.3 One-Time Transfer Option
We understand that plans change. As a one-time courtesy, we allow you to transfer your registration to another participant.
Transfer Rules:
- β You may transfer once per package to one other person
- β The package cannot be transferred back to you after being assigned to someone else
- β The new participant cannot transfer it to a third person
- β±οΈ Processing time: 24-48 hours to set up access for the new participant
During the transfer processing period:
- Any classes that occur will be counted as used
- Missed sessions will not be added back to the package
- The package duration continues without pause
B.4 How to Request a Transfer
Method 1: Support Form (Recommended)
- Log in to your account dashboard
- Navigate to the Support Form (found in “My Account” or website footer)
- In the “Related Service” field, select or type: “Transfer to Another Person”
- In the message section, provide:
- New participant’s full name
- New participant’s phone number
- New participant’s email address
- Your booking/order confirmation number
Method 2: Direct Email Email services@antahwellbeing.com with the same information listed above.
B.5 No Extensions or Pauses
Class packages have fixed validity periods (e.g., 30 days, 90 days) that:
- β Cannot be paused or frozen
- β Cannot be extended due to non-attendance
- β Expire on the stated end date regardless of classes attended
Exception: In case of serious medical emergencies requiring hospitalization, contact us directly. We will review on a case-by-case basis.
SECTION C: Personalized Coaching, Counseling, and One-on-One Services
Applies to:
- Health coaching
- Life coaching
- Psycho-yogic counseling
- Lifestyle guidance and consulting
- Any private one-on-one sessions or packages
C.1 Non-Refundable Policy
All registrations and payments for one-on-one services are non-refundable once confirmed.
Why this policy?
- These services involve significant preparation, including:
- Reviewing your intake information and assessment results
- Designing personalized protocols and strategies
- Reserved time slots specifically for you
- Custom materials and session plans
- Practitioners allocate dedicated time that cannot be offered to other clients
- We request that you book only after thoughtful consideration of your availability and commitment
C.2 Rescheduling Policy
We understand that genuine emergencies and unforeseen circumstances occur. We offer flexible rescheduling to accommodate you:
Rescheduling Requirements:
- β You may reschedule a session by providing at least 48 hours’ notice before the scheduled time
- β Rescheduling is typically offered once or twice per package (depending on package size)
- β Sessions cancelled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours’ notice may be considered missed and non-reschedulable

- Fill out the Support Form in your “My Account” dashboard
- Select “Reschedule Session” in the service field
- Provide your preferred new date/time options

C.3 No-Show Policy
If you miss a scheduled session without prior notice:
- β The session is considered used/consumed
- β No refund or replacement session is provided
- β οΈ Repeated no-shows may result in package cancellation without refund
Please respect our practitioners’ time by communicating any changes as early as possible.
C.4 Repeated Rescheduling
While we accommodate genuine needs for rescheduling:
- Excessive rescheduling (3+ times for the same session) may be limited
- This ensures fairness to other clients and allows practitioners to manage their schedules effectively
- In extreme cases, we may offer a credit toward future services instead
C.5 Medical Emergencies
In case of serious medical emergencies requiring hospitalization or extended care:

- Provide documentation if requested
- We will work with you on a case-by-case basis to find a fair solution (extended validity, pause, or partial credit)
SECTION D: Online Workshops, Webinars, and One-Time Events
Applies to:
- Single-session workshops
- Webinars and masterclasses
- Special themed sessions
- Live group events
D.1 Non-Refundable Policy
All registrations for online workshops, webinars, and one-time events are non-refundable once payment is completed.
Why this policy?
- These are time-sensitive, one-time events with fixed schedules
- Resources, materials, and instructor time are allocated in advance
- Platform costs and preparation are incurred before the event
- Limited seats may prevent other interested participants from registering
D.2 Careful Consideration Recommended
We strongly encourage you to:
- β Verify the event date, time, and your availability before registering
- β Check your time zone (all times listed in Nepal Standard Time unless stated otherwise)
- β Ensure you have compatible technology and internet access
- β Review the event description and learning objectives
D.3 Recording Access (If Applicable)
For certain workshops and webinars:
- β Recordings may be provided to registered participants within 48-72 hours
- β Access to recordings is typically available for 7-30 days (stated at time of registration)
- β Inability to attend live does not entitle you to a refund if recordings are provided

D.4 Event Cancellation by Antah Wellbeing
If we must cancel an event due to:
- Instructor illness or emergency
- Technical failures on our end
- Insufficient enrollment
- Force majeure events
You will receive one of the following options:
- Full 100% refund (including all fees)
- Credit toward a future event of equal or greater value
- Rescheduled event access (if applicable)
We will notify you as soon as possible and offer these options within 48 hours.
D.5 No Transfer Option
Due to the time-sensitive nature of these events:
- β Registrations cannot be transferred to another person
- β Each participant must register individually
SECTION E: Digital Assessments, Reports, and Self-Paced Programs
Applies to:
- Antah Energy-Cognition Indexβ’ (AECI) assessments
- Free and comprehensive paid reports
- Self-paced online courses and programs
- Digital downloads and materials
E.1 Non-Refundable Once Accessed
Digital products and assessments are non-refundable once:
- You complete the assessment and receive your free report
- You access or download your comprehensive paid report
- You begin a self-paced course or program
- Digital materials are delivered to your email or account
Why this policy?
- Digital products provide immediate value upon access
- Content cannot be “returned” once viewed or downloaded
- Significant intellectual property and proprietary algorithms are involved
E.2 Technical Issues Exception
If you experience genuine technical problems preventing access to your purchased digital products:
What Qualifies as a Technical Issue:
- β Unable to access report due to system error
- β Corrupt or incomplete file downloads
- β Payment processed but product not delivered
- β Website malfunction preventing access
What Does NOT Qualify:
- β User error (e.g., forgetting login credentials)
- β Incompatible devices (requirements stated before purchase)
- β Changed mind after viewing content
- β Dissatisfaction with assessment results
How to Report Technical Issues:
- Contact us within 7 days of purchase at services@antahwellbeing.com
- Provide:
- Order confirmation number
- Detailed description of the technical problem
- Screenshots showing the error (if applicable)
- Device and browser information
We will:
- Investigate the issue within 48 hours
- Either restore access, resend materials, or provide technical support
- In rare cases where the issue cannot be resolved, consider a refund at our sole discretion
E.3 Duplicate Purchases
If you accidentally purchase the same product twice:
- Contact us within 7 days at services@antahwellbeing.com
- Provide proof of duplicate purchase (order numbers, transaction IDs)
- We will refund the duplicate purchase (minus transaction fees)
E.4 Assessment Retakes
For assessment retakes (e.g., taking AECI again after 30-90 days):
- Each assessment completion is a separate transaction
- Previous assessments remain in your account for comparison
- No refunds for retakes based on changed results or scores
SECTION F: Package Deals and Bundled Services
Applies to: Combined offerings such as “Assessment + Coaching Package” or “Retreat + Follow-up Sessions”
F.1 Partial Refunds
For bundled packages:
- If you wish to cancel only part of a bundle, contact us at services@antahwellbeing.com
- Partial refunds will be calculated based on:
- Individual component pricing (may be higher than bundled rate)
- Services already accessed or consumed
- Applicable cancellation policies for each component
Example:
- Bundle: Assessment + 3 Coaching Sessions (NPR 5,000)
- Individual prices: Assessment (NPR 599) + Sessions (NPR 1,800 each = NPR 5,400)
- If you complete assessment and 1 session, then cancel:
- Used value: NPR 599 + NPR 1,800 = NPR 2,399
- Remaining: Potentially eligible for partial refund on unused sessions (subject to coaching cancellation policy)
F.2 Bundle Expiry
Package bundles typically have validity periods (e.g., 90 days, 6 months):
- β Unused components expire and are non-refundable after the validity period
- β οΈ Extensions may be considered for medical emergencies (case-by-case)
SECTION G: Special Circumstances and Exceptions
G.1 Medical Emergencies
In cases of serious medical emergencies requiring hospitalization:
- Contact us immediately with documentation
- We will work with you compassionately to find solutions such as:
- Extended package validity
- Pause in service (where applicable)
- Transfer to another participant
- Partial credit toward future services
G.2 Death or Serious Illness
In the tragic event of participant death or permanently disabling illness:
- Family members may contact us with documentation
- We will provide appropriate refunds or credits on a case-by-case basis
G.3 Force Majeure Events
If services cannot be delivered due to events beyond our control:
- Natural disasters
- Pandemics or public health emergencies
- Government restrictions or mandates
- War or civil unrest
We will offer:
- Rescheduling to a later date
- Alternative online delivery (if applicable)
- Full refund or credit toward future services
